These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at elqavor.com and any services provided by Elqavor Inc. ("Elqavor", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Elqavor
Elqavor Inc. is a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, providing professional plumbing and electrical services to residential and commercial clients across Ontario and British Columbia. Our registered head office is at 1200 Bay Street, Suite 800, Toronto, ON M5R 2A5.
2. Website Use
The elqavor.com website is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement until a separate written work order or service contract has been signed by both parties.
You agree not to:
- Use the website in any manner that is unlawful or harmful to others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
- Copy, redistribute, or republish any content without our written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote or estimate provided by Elqavor — whether online, by phone, or in writing — is an estimate only and is subject to on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written work order prior to commencement of work. Elqavor reserves the right to adjust estimates if the scope of work differs materially from the original description.
4. Service Agreements
All plumbing and electrical work is governed by the terms set out in the applicable work order or service agreement issued at the time of the job. Those documents form the legally binding contract between you and Elqavor. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed work order, the work order prevails.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment at no charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a dispatch fee. Emergency call-outs cancelled after technician dispatch may incur a minimum service charge.
6. Warranty
Elqavor provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all completed installations and repairs, subject to the following conditions:
- The defect must be directly attributable to workmanship, not materials supplied by the client or third-party interference.
- The warranty is void if the work has been modified by an unlicensed party.
- Parts and fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Elqavor's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the elqavor.com website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Elqavor Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
